Since 1972, the government has built over 3,000 miles of "sound walls" along our highways to "protect" nearby home owners from traffic sounds. These wall cost about $2 million per mile. The government has spent over $6 billion on them. If the government can spend $6 billion on walls to protect homeowners from traffic noise why can't they spend $5 billion to protect our lives and the expense of billions of dollars for the i******s, paid for by the American taxpayer? This seems relevant to the issue of today.

I have heard on 'Alternative Media' sites that this is about ending the Federal Reserve. There is already a gold backed dollar good in the US, Canada, and Mexico called the Amero Dollar printed and waiting to be put into effect. Hey gearjammer, I have heard of the Amero Dollar but have you ever found anyone that can verify the gold backing it? Billions in gold, supposedly backing much of the world currencies was supposed to be in Ft Knox but the Germans and Chinese (I believe) wanted some of their gold back and upon receiving it, checked closely and found out it was salted. Base metal underneath and gold plated, caused quite a stink when it was discovered. The Germans had many of their "bricks" stamp marked and asked for them to be returned and were told it would be several years before we could ship them. Why? I don't know but it certainly verifies Ron Paul's requests that the vaults be audited for content, a request denied Why? I think something (like gold bullion) is amiss.
