If the situation were reversed does anyone believe that Nancy Pelosi would give the GOP an equal voice or even negotiate terms? She would ram through everything to suit her just like she did as Speaker and Reid does in the Senate. Her role is to undermind everything the panel does to protect Obama and H. Clinton.

Few know that Nancy Pelosi when she took over as speaker she change all the locks on all the chambers and would not give any republican a key to the new locks, she locked all but the half wits out.

Fewer know or choose not to, Pelosi sang praises for Al'Assad, in a Vanity Fair article, she her companies imported olive oil from Syria, not to mention the grape concentrate used in her overpriced wine businesses, this all changed when Syria refused to submit to an Arab Revolt sold as a Spring, of Genocide, jihad plainly mass murder, there hasn't been much coming from her damaged defective brain if any.

It's not looking like any Democrat is going to join the B******i panel. In all my life I've never seen such a total stonewalling. The Demoncrats are out to make America a 1-party dictatorship.

Clinton and his Circus Act. The tactic used to marginalize the Republican Party or what's left of it is the "Racial-Hygiene" that was used to implement N**i Ideology as sharia, the attacks on the Republican Party sounds like if Adolf Hitler's Polish "atrocities" were a new invention, well as far as the opposition party, well no need to expand, but the Rise and Fall of the Third Reich, (William Shier) and the similarities are uncanny.

Liberty Tree-you are absolutely correct. The ding bat from the land of fruits and nuts is flapping her jaws to keep the botox from congealing. The repbulicans need to make up 5 signs to place in front of each vacant democrat chair: 1-On Vacation 2. Too busy 3. Out Sick 4. Out Fund raising 5. Afraid of the T***h . Those signs would probably represent the democrat party as well as their elected representatives would. Reminds me of the little boy who owned the only baseball and specified that if he wasn't allowed to pitch the sandlot ball game would not take place because he would take his baseball and go home. Pelosi is 74 years old. I worked for a year or so as a volunteer in a non-profit store that was all run by old women. What an experience! Every single one of them was loose in the gourd. Not one was competent to do more than one or two rote tasks and old Nancy Pelosi would be a risk as a volunteer even there. The head gal there is her age and she really needs to be on lithium, if she's not already, and Nancy would put her to shame in the nutso department.

If they do not join it will be for no other reason than to try and deligitimize the process and any findings. They are really scared of the whole t***h coming out and are desperate to divert attention in any manner they can.

B****sheep-That is exactly why we need term and age limits for Congress. The cut-off should be Age 60 or lower. Most of our old timers are not able to comprehend the legislation they are v****g on and just v**e party. We can get a group of monkeys and train them to do the same thing. It is absolutely shameful that his is allowed to go on while we have clear thinking young minds who would do a much better job. Those seniors are on ego trips and just are too lame brained to know it. Yet, the low/no information v**er keeps re-electing the same old fuddy duddys to Congress. Good Luck America !!!

Don't ya think it's fun to sit back and watch the democrats self destruct? While they had both House and Senate they shoved things though giving the other side no voice but now that they have to share it's a problem.

There does seem to be an attitude of desperation and panic setting in. It makes one wonder what they know might be revealed.

I believe your quite right, losing the Senate will be a big blow not only to Obama but democrats as well. Of course the democrats will start the blame game right after they loose. It will take years of getting rid of the bunch of misfits.
