While I can agree with the premise of 'doing it all' I find that none of the talking heads or governmental spokespersons and our Congressmen have postulated what is required to "do it all".

The primary urgent pole in this tent is the funding for the wall.
Given the funds, multiple construction companies can be employed, under the supervision of the Corps of Engineers, to build various sections of the wall and it will be completed in a year or more.

Eminent domain and treaty negotiations with Native Americans need to be emplaced

Road construction crews need to be turned on and commence building the adjacent roads, both to facilitate delivery of materials and future security patrols or responses to incursions.

Suitable electronic surveillance combined with frequent outposts to assure rapid response needs to be contracted for and emplaced. The posts will require living facilities for as many border patrol agents as deemed needed.

This the physical part and in reality is most likely the easy part.

Out Congress needs to realize that this is not the 1800's with unlimited land available to be filled with immigrants.

The long pole in the tent:

Ted Kennedy's immigration policies have destroyed the ability of the United States to be an environmentally sustainable nation in any decade soon because of the gigantic U.S. population growth that he has forced.

And Ted Kennedy's immigration policies have knocked hundreds of thousands of Americans out of the middle class as their occupations have collapsed and wages declined because of inundation with Kennedy's favored foreign workers, or because they have directly lost their jobs to foreign competitors."

A History of laws concerning immigration:

"The 1965 revamp of the entire immigration system. It ended 40 years of low immigration, got rid of solid numerical caps and opened up chain migration into every overpopulated country in the world, exploding annual immigration numbers.
Massive expansion of the refugee programs in the late 1970s, opening up massive loopholes and encouraging a domestic resettlement industry that became a major lobby for more and more overall immigration.
The 1986 blanket amnesty:
Kennedy's sk**ls may have been best seen here where he got legislators on our side to agree to the amnesty in exchange for enforcement rules that he made sure were written in a way that would not work. Within a decade, he would be using the inability to enforce the 1986 rules as an excuse for why we needed more green cards and more amnesties. An example of Kennedy's great sk**l was that he persuaded Ronald Reagan to enthusiastically support this bill.

The 1990 immigration act, which increased overall immigration by another 35%. The first Pres. Bush was Kennedy's co-partner, just as the second Pres. Bush was Kennedy's eager co-partner in trying to force through another blanket amnesty 2001-2008.

The 1990 act also established the lottery whereby we randomly give away 50,000 green cards a year to people in countries picked because they have the least ties and cultural association with the United States, and which disproportionately are terrorist-sponsoring countries. This was something of a compromise for Kennedy who was able to ensure that during the first few years, much of the lottery winners would be i*****l a***ns from Ireland -- his own ethnic group.

The H-1B visas which have enabled corporations to keep hundreds of thousands of American kids from getting a foothold in the high tech industry.

The total defeat of liberal civil rights champion Barbara Jordan's blue-ribbon commission recommendations to reduce overall immigration and eliminate chain migration and the lottery in 1996.
Six mini-amnesties that passed in the 1990s, primarily aimed at specific nationalities."

All of this needs to be reversed, eliminated and rational new laws enacted to control immigration.

First among these are to establish e-verify as a condition of employment with significant teeth for violators.

H1B programs should be eliminated and if any American business dismisses American workers to be replaced with these foreigners, severe economic penalties must be enforced.

The catch and release policies at our borders must be changed to catch and detain until disposition. If our facilities are overloaded then it is catch and send back, the holding pens are full.

Border patrol agents must be empowered to use deadly force if attacked, even if it means shooting across the border, to end the assault.

The 14th Amendment is quite clear in its language: "All persons born or naturalized in the United States, and subject to the jurisdiction thereof, are citizens of the United States and of the state wherein they reside." No child of i******s is covered by this amendment because their parents are subject to the jurisdiction of a Foreign Sovereignty. Hence, there are no "anchor babies" and these are not citizens, they are the children of illegal invaders. The practice of extending citizenship, with all attendant benefits allows the criminals to profit greatly from their crime.

Finally, the State Department must be ordered to stop recognizing dual citizenships. The oath of allegiance for naturalization says the applicant abjures all Foreign Sovereigns and acknowledges the Constitution as the law of their new nation. All holders of dual citizenship must be notified to make formal abjuration, of the other Citizenship, at that nation's Embassy or give up their American Citizenship.

We are Americans, no hyphenated weenies allowed.
