We should do this after every e******n. Spy on candidates using the national security apparatus. Selectively leak information about them to shape the narrative. Send a special prosecutor on a witch hunt and impanel grand juries.

That's what democracy is all about, after all.

We have Jeffrey Toobin to thank for spelling out loud so clearly what most of us have already suspected; the purpose of this investigation for many dim-o-craps and their lapdog MSM is not to find evidence of Trump-Russia collusion, which most of them, and everybody else, already know didn't happen. Instead the real purpose is to gather information to politically damage President trumpy.

The point I'm making is that this capability wasn't there until the Patriot Act, now blanket surveillance and a bypass of Constitutional rights without any actual need for proof is the norm. Bushie started it but he wasn't the one to weaponize it, as a tool to use against his political adversaries. It is only evil if its used that way. Which even bushie knew that this would happen and why it had an expiration date. You moonbats can thank Obama for ballooning the surveillance state to massive levels far in excess of bushie while doing nothing with it but spying on Americans and allies for political gain. Bushie was terrible, but in this specific instance its a tool being used for very different reasons. Clearly this is a level of criminality that will go down historically as unprecedented, just give it time.

Isn’t that a song by the Rolling Stones.? It really applies to Hillary - “You know I used to love her, but it’s all over now”

It comes as a surprise to me that my country has been destabilized. Where did that come from? Mueller is in a position to destabilize, not Trump who has been busy putting us back together after the disastrous REIGN of Obama.

Sounds about right as long as Republicans get elected.

Wolf, perhaps in your dreams. This is so far out as to border on rediculous.

Why is that? In my 43 years being of v****g age I have come to the conclusion that it makes not one difference which party is in the majority either in the Texas Legislature or Washington DC. In fact most of the stuff that eventually affected me adversely came from the repulsive side of the aisle.

Just off the top of my head, it was reagan that increased the FICA taxes on wages of middle and poor classes and then subjected Social Security now received by me to the income tax. Both dim-o-craps and repulsives have had many, many opportunities to help fix the lumming Social Security shortfall by lifting the income cap on taxing for Social Security and also by taxing the dividend and capital gains incomes of the wealthy for Social Security and Medicare.

Nope neither party, which are really just the left (dem) and right (repub) arms of the one party with all the power which is the corporate party, has ever done anything for me or my kind.

And don't come back at me with the same old bulls**t song and dance that I am just looking for something for nothing. I have paid into Social Security and Medicare taxes since I was 14 years old.
