My Idea To Stop I*****l I*********n coming Across the US/Mexican Border

Everyone knows how corrupt Mexican officials are, so here is my idea.
Mexico is known for its corrupt officials. There are 6 Mexican states that border with the US. Put 6 BILLION dollarsUS (estimated cost of wall) into 6 US bank accounts. Then tell the governors of each Mexican state that the money is theirs at the end of 5 years. But here's the catch, the US will deduct $1000.00 for each illegal that is caught crossing the border during that 5 year period. I'll bet that would stop the illegal border crossings.

Bribing officials goes on all over the world all the time and it helps the citizens very little if at all. Rewarding corruption with money is never a good thing. Your way would last only five years should it work at all. A wall could last several centuries. Thanks for your attempts in trying to find a solution. Got any other ideas?

They are elected for 6 year terms. Mauybe make the deal for 6 years.

The bribes are not to help the citizens of Meheeko. They are an incentive to stop i*****l i*********n. A wall is not the solution to stopping the invasion of the US by i******s, criminals, terrorists and gang members. The only thing for sure is the use of force until they get the message to stop coming here.
You don't have a very good sense of humor if you thought I was being serious. Maybe work on that a little and start by lightening up. LOL!
