so the orange con made no attempt, only demanded his way. when not given it, he walked out..
No guts, no balls and no love for the country..
That's not quiet what happened.
Nancy Pelosi and Chuck Schumer first words upon entering the room were "No wall, no negotiations."
So President Trump without saying a word gut up and left the meeting.
I do not blame him, I would and have left negotiations under simular circumstances when attempting to acquire a 510 acre estate from the 5 heirs. They had all the saleable timber cut and still wanted the original price with the timber. The appraided value was $2,647 per acre. They didn't want to negotiate so my attorney and I left the meeting.
A few days they called my Attorney's office and lowered the price to $2,000 per acre the first of December. My attorney told them the price was way out of line.
The land is in a remote part of Southwest Mississippi next to a 477 acre plot that occasionally floods when the Mississippi River is in flood state. It has been up for sale for around 10 years with no buyers. South of the plot is bayou owned by Cajuns.
The heirs from New Orleans were anxious to sell as they were money hungry. Now my Attorney is a master of negotiations. So we set up a meeting in his New Orleans office.
Sgt. Major and three other hand picked employees as security guards, the five heirs, my Attorney and myself. My attorney told them this is the final negotiations it's a take it or leave it offer of $1,500 cash take it or leave it. Then he uncovered $750,000 in $100 bills that was covered up on his desk.
The 5 heirs were almost drooling as their eyes almost propped out of their heads. To be completed honest, it was the first time I have ever seen that much cash at one time.
I am used to having $100,000 cash on hand before but not that much. The heires almost fought over who was to be first to sign the bill of sale. My attorney paid each in cash for their signatures. I even allower my men to act as guards and take them by limousine to their bank.
My attorney got a nice bonus for his work. He saved me close to $270,000 on the deal. Thanks to the greed of the heires.
