You have gangs, ms-13. We’re taking them out by the thousand and bringing them back. This is a crisis. And they don’t come in at the checkpoints which they do also, but they go in between the checkpoints where you don’t have any barriers.”

The time to call it a national emergency and act unilaterally is when he is convinced that Congress will remain int***sigent in dealing with the existing crisis. I would give them one week to come up with a viable bill to fund the necessary wall and other border security measures. Trump should go to Congress and demand a yes/no answer from Pelosi on whether or not she will start legislation for the wall. Get it on record. Do it twice and then go build the wall. We can get O**h K****rs to flood Washington and exert pressure on Congress to stop dicking around.
