The slow motion train wreck that is the Trump misadministration and the weak willed and weak minded Congress, continues to gather victims. None of the actors in this tragic play, give a rats ass about how many victims are created or how cruelly they suffer, they just blithely spew their ridiculous rhetoric while pretending that all is ok with the world.

The United States no longer has a leading role anywhere in the world, having abrogated every treaty and tradition, alienating our traditional allies, emboldening our traditional enemies, while gaining more enemies. Trump tweets one thing, Bolten says another thing, Pompeo spouts something else again. No one cares what the US says anymore..................because it's subject to change on an hourly basis and 240 characters.

The vast majority of American citizens are victims of their own government, which has ceased to consider them in any calculation long since. The media lies, the government lies, corporations lie, everybody lies, until we've reached the stage where we just pick the lie we like best and pretend that it's the t***h. If we don't like what we see or hear, we just call it f**e news and move on. Those who continue to state that they're all about traditional American values - cannot list them, or explain what those are - because they've abandoned them long ago. We actually get to watch people state that they are all about t***h, t***sparency and honesty...................while lying about how they're accomplishing any of it.

When the train wreck finally comes to a stop....................it is unclear if there will be any survivors at all.

LP, I am surprised to see this admission from YOU. This is exactly what Trump and Conservatives are fighting! CNN and the Washington Post no longer even try to be honest. They lie constantly in the hope of "bringing Trump down". And the government, the FBI and the DOJ specifically, were weaponized under Obama to attack Trump and Conservatives. The h**eful Establishment is behind most of this nonsense. They've gone after every non-establishment President in my lifetime, often with fatal results. President Kennedy and his brother were both k**led. Nixon self-destructed before they had him k**led. They tried to k**l Reagan two months into his Presidency, but he survived. I'm surprised that they haven't tried to k**l Trump. If Trump survives eight years against the h**eful Establishment, it will be a miracle.

Only one thing you wrote is correct. And that is that the vast majority of citizens are victims of their government. Not the administration of Trump but the government bureaucracy and the elites that couldn't care less about American citizen's welfare or wishes or pretty much anything else. This has gone on TOO LONG. Prez Trump was elected because he gave a voice to things people were REALLY thinking about. NOT L***QLMNOP rights. NOT globalism. NOT so called refugees who want, along with the last administration, to "fundamentally change america". NOT identity politics. America was always called the land of opportunity. The opportunity to work hard, contribute to society in a safe and robust environment. A place where you can go as far as your dreams and work ethic will take you. A place where you can come from and have NOTHING, and if you work hard give your children a better life. THAT is the American dream, and promise. THAT is what I want for myself and my children and my fellow Americans, no matter their background. OPPORTUNITY. And we can have this if our government gets the hell out of the way, and the elites stop trying to destroy what we've built. Yearly "foreign aid" to ALL and sundry? B.S. No tariffs for imports? NONSENSE! We are not and cannot be the world's parents. There is a reason that Americans of past generations had the can do spirit.
