There Are Probably 100 reasons...

... for the United States of America to formally exit the United Nations and evict that corrupt, bloodsucking, world government wannabe failure of an agency from its ugly little enclave on Turtle Bay, but I believe that the single most pressing one is that their collective seems to have become as unhinged as the political left here in America.

They v**e the countries with the worst human rights records to head up their Human Rights Commission, for example, and now they take a country in which women are ranked two steps below the family camel and appoint them to the leadership of their council on women's rights.

YEMEN.

Naturally, we won't hear any complaints from any Democrats, not even feminists, because they consider the globalism offered by the UN to be their cup of tea and face it, any traces of "concern" for womens' rights among American feminists or, for that matter, the Democrats in general, only matter when they can actually be weaponized for a political c**p.

But I digress.

This is yet another reason that illustrates, rather vividly, why it would be in the best interests of the United States to send the United Nations packing ...

I my youth ... ah so long ago .... I was an idealist, perhaps nearing the radical end of the left today. I was never violent though and did not protest, was just idealistic. I thought that a world government would be fine, maybe even better than that ... ummm?... IDEAL.

Wow, what a few years of true education has shown me. I concer, drop out of the UN. Close the building (hell turn it into a homeless shelter), and NEVER pay another cent to those g*******ts.

They don't even appreciate the fact that the U.S. kicks in the most money to most of their projects, it hosts them, any time we ask them to support our country on a certain agenda that's important to us they seem to go against us.

For Anerica, the UN is a lose-lose proposition.
