In this one a single dot is the Congress and they do obviously force the people they "represent" to do things they don't want to do. It is not hard to "read" but so true and humorous at that.

Did the v**ers who elected all those Democrats in the House show any likelihood they would wake up in that 30 years? I think not, at all.
