The United States of America's Constitution circa 1859 is the last lawful Constitution. That is due to Lincoln's efforts. They may be judged apart from this.
However, the corruption of our government by incorporating it, is unforgivable. We had a Constitutional Republic form of government from 1819 to 1860 or 61. Since then it is color of law a legal fiction. And everyone of them knows what they are doing.
The Donald our POTUS. It should be POTUSA Donald J. Trump is excepted as he was never part of the Swamp. You only think you know. That goes for me also.

Status identified and unrebutted. Others to be named and added later. US Navy veteran. The flesh blood and soul, body-mind-spirit, a man, on Oregon, an Oregonian, a Continuous Traveler, a non-US citizen, born August 14, 1938 Reno, Nevada, with two ancestors, a father and son direct blood-line, that fought for New York in our Revolution. Governing law is critical. Our corporate governance DOJ does not abide by governing law. The enumerated responsibilities within the Constitution are critical. DOJ acts like a criminal organization.
A document mailed USPS return receipt requested, green card, is considered filed when mailed. Confirmed when the green card is returned. I have filed several documents into SCOTUS, Fed Dist of DC and US CIT NY NY all addressed to the one"supreme Court claiming original jurisdiction in law and equity in Article III an enumerated responsibility of whomever is answering to the call for government. That is the current lash up in DC.
Scott Harris clerk of Scotus does not know the name of the clerk of that Article III Court nor the correct name nor the address; Marion Clerk of US CIT and Angela Caesar clerk of DC district doesn't know either.
Nor does USA DOJ EO FOIA, National Archives nor Seth Uram DOJ Portland. That is just not credible none of then know the clerk of the Article III court of the Constitution, nor correct name nor address.
This communiqué is not intended to mislead, defraud, deceive or threaten in any way and is submitted in “good faith and with clean hands.” I do lawful not legal and this is my best effort.
I close with Love, peace, harmony and a prayer. A US Marshal has determined my prayer is not a threat. He then reneged on his word, which is only good one time. "Praise the Lord and pass the ammunition."
