Who ever runs the TSA needs booted. Saw this on the news. Could this country be anymore wussified?

I wonder how many hours were dev**ed to studies, meetings of ad hoc committees, how many consulting firms were brought in and how many bureaucracies had to sign off on this in order for the cutting edge policy to become official.

Probably pushed by the floppy ear dog lobby.

The T.S.A. Are not prison guards, their purpose is both security, and to serve and reassure the flying public. There is no reason for them to use fierce dogs to sniff bags. Lots of people fear dogs, many for good reason, and flying is already nerve wracking for many. This change should be applauded.

What BIGOTS, judging one by the shape of his or her EARS!

What is next, judgements based on COLOR?

I don't give a hoot what shape their ears are, so long as they are not "laid back"!

You need to man up a little. Kids should be kept away from working dogs no matter what their ears. What a shock you’d be for it. Are you t*********r by any chance? I’m serious.

My daughter loves bulldogs, shepherds, retrievers, huskies and just about every other kind of large dog... She absolutely h**es the yippy little ankle biters... Detests them...

Working dogs are on leashes...
As they should be...
No need to fear them...

Tell the kiddies to man up...
And the adults...

Also (not that I expect an answer) what classifies these dogs as fierce?

I grew up with three large shepherds in the house and they were the gentlest, most lovingly loyal companions a boy could have...

Like your daughter, I love 'em all. Never hesitated to pet any that were nearby. My father used to say that someday some one of them would bite me and one did, my own dog bit me but never got bitten by a strange dog no matter how vicious they were. They know.....

I have been bitten twice... Both times my fault... Ignoring the sign/warning from the owner...

This is just teaching children to fear dogs...

Not to sound r****t (because it's not r****m) but Chinese and East indians teach their children to fear dogs... Arabs have several taboos against them... And most of my African (from Africa) are nervous around dogs...

North Americans have a much closer bond with these noble animals (my observation) and our culture reflects it...

Rules and regulations like this make me wonder at where our culture is headed..
