There are several ways the wall/fence system could be built legally and the Dim-O-Crats can not stop it.

The military could build the wall/fence for national security of America's borders.

My favorite would be to cut off Federsl aid to cities that refuse to obey federal laws and call themselves sanctuary cities.

As a last resort, it would be to declare martial law. President Trump wouldn't want to do that.

It look's to me the Socialist Dim-O-Crats want another civil war. All ready they have proposed that several states have already discussed that.

The Dim-O-Crats realized all federal money would stop coming in and these states are litterally broke with huge debts to pay. These rebellious unamerican leaders realize they would have to pay for supporting all their i*****l i*******ts.
