As I watched and listened to the Left during the holidays, I was constantly reminded of how much open hatred the Left has for President Trump and America. As President Trump approaches his second year anniversary in office the hatred toward him is so bad that the h**ers no longer appear to be rational. It is obvious that the h**ers have reached a point where they will say and do anything to hurt America in their efforts to destroying the Trump presidency. The only thing that appears to matter to these people is POWER, and they see President Trump as a threat to their agenda and therefore their personal power. Based on what we are seeing and hearing from the Left now, it is going to be a nasty 23 month run up to the next e******ns! Here are a few examples:

• New York city’s incoming Attorney General has threatened President Trump and his family members with legal warfare. She made a public announcement that she will, “use every area of the law to investigate the president and his family”. She publicly declared that she would use her new elected office to destroy the Trump presidency and his family!
• Elijah Cummings, who will now be the chairperson of the House Oversight and Government Reform Committee has already sent 51 separate letters to the White House demanding documents and information on a wide range of White House policies and actions.
• Maxine Waters, who will now be the Chairperson of the House Banking and Finance Committee, is still screaming “Impeach, Impeach, Impeach”. She has publicly promised that as soon as she officially becomes the chairperson she will use her power to, “crack down on America’s banks” (wh**ever that means?). If you have ever watched her behavior during a congressional hearing you would swear that she is functionally illiterate and unstable. Years ago I watched segments of a committee hearing, before our banking system did crash, where banking regulators were testifying about the possibility of a banking system crisis based on the Federal Government’s enforcement of bank lending policies at the time. Maxine literally jumped up out of her chair and screamed at the regulator that was testifying. She screamed that, “we will nationalize this thing” (wh**ever that meant?). She was so irrational that the other Representatives sitting around her could not resist laughing at her. When our banking system did crash she illegally funneled government bank bailout money to a California bank that she and her husband owned stock in, and he was on the Board of Directors. She does not even live in her district. She lives in a private gated community that is not in her district!
• As of January 3, 2019 every U.S. House of Representative’s committee chairperson will be a Democrat, like Cummings and Waters. That means they will have a majority v**e on their committees and will totally control what the committees do or do not do. And every one of them has declared that they will use the committees to destroy the Trump presidency.
• The border patrol just issued a report that between December 22nd - 31st, 2018 they took 451 people into custody on our southern border that required immediate medical attention. 19 required hospitalization. 259 were children. Their illnesses included various forms of the flu, and phenomena. During this ten day period there has been a constant stream of people on the Left, including RINO Republicans making public statements against President Trump’s demands for a wall on portions of our southern border. They are publicly using words like “immoral, archaic, medieval, too costly, and ineffective” to describe it? They are even declaring the “majority of Americans do not want a wall built on our southern border”. They are all claiming this last statement was based on “recent surveys”. However everyone that I have spoken too since I started hearing the Left make this declaration thinks it is a deliberate fabrication. “Irrational” is the only word I can think of to describe what they are saying, and they are insulting everyone in middle America by expecting us to believe this! The Left is obviously reading published Democratic leadership talking points.
• Incoming RINO Republican Senator Mitt Romney recently published a nasty op-ed in the Washington Post about the Trump Presidency and President Trump personally. In the op-ed Romney said things like “Trump’s shortfall set a poor example for America’s public character, while alienating U.S. allies”. Romney has even let it be made public that he is considering running against President Trump on the Republican ticket in 2020. Challenging a sitting President in your own party in a p**********l e******n is unheard of! To say that I am disappointed in a man I once admired and supported is an understatement!
• Another really disappointing RINO is John Kasich from Ohio. He is another person that I admired and supported in the past. He was elected to congress, worked on wall street, got elected as governor of Ohio, and re-elected in a predominantly Democratic state. And then along came Donald Trump. Kasich led the charge from the other Republican candidates demanding that Trump publicly take the oath to support the winner of the Republican p**********l primary, no matter who it was. When T***p w*n the primary Kasich was the first person to publicly denounce his pledge and even tried to mount a 3rd party campaign to run against Trump. This would have guaranteed a Hillary victory. Kasich is also saying publicly that he is considering running against Trump in the 2020 Republican p**********l primary!
• Another RINO who is making a complete fool of himself publicly is Jeff Flake from Arizona. He is “retiring” from the senate (he would have lost his re-e******n bid badly due to his anti-Trump actions during the 2016 campaign). He spent his last days in the senate openly saying and doing everything he could to hurt the Trump agenda, including helping block Trump appointees to federal judgeships and the Trump administration. Yes, after two years in office President Trump still has unfilled positions in his administration and federal courts. But, with the help of RINO’s, led by McCain, the senate literally rushed to approve Obama’s appointees as quickly as possible. McCain even made a public statement to the MSM that, “President Obama deserved to have who he wanted in his administration”. Note, this is why there are so many Obama supporters still working in federal government positions and doing everything they can to disrupt the Trump agenda! RINO Flake has also stated publicly that he is, “considering running against President Trump in the 2020 Republican p**********l primary”.

It appears that the original Trump disease, “Trump Derangement Syndrome” has morphed into an irrational open hatred for everything Trump. This does not bode well for America or the world. But I still think that President Trump will out work and out last all the h**ers, and 2019 will be another good year to be an American!

Instead of name calling give me some facts. Why should people not be afraid of the coming civil war and total break down of society? I've been watching this happening for two years now - from vile insults hurled back and forth to beatings at rallies and constant threats of more to come. Isn't that the plan?

Come on Sugar, be honest for once in your life. America was built by immigrants. And we still welcome them with open arms. But "illegal" immigrants are not welcome!!!! Do you understand the meaning of "illegal"? How many other laws do you violate because you don't like them? Apparently you think that you can pick and choose which laws apply and which don't. You must be one of those people who jump to the head of the line because you don't want to wait, and the rules shouldn't apply to you.

So you think that i*****l i*******ts should just waltz in, skipping the immigration process. What the hell is wrong with you guys?

I can see this board is totally right wing with little toleration for opposing opinion. How typical of the right!
OPP is not my sole information source, btw. I have watched for two years of the current administration while it tears this country to shreds. No, I don't want i*****l i*******ts, but I do want people requesting political asylum to be heard and helped if possible. Actually, my bigger concern is all the AMERIANS who have been put off of work indefinitely. I know what it feels like to be out of work with no end in sight. During the 70's so many jobs were gone and workers had no where to go. It was horrible time - wrapping change to go buy a few groceries, praying your quarter tank of gas could last just a few more days, pawning a class ring to pay the electric bill. But you went on. You got three part time jobs and struggled. Then after 3 long, cold endless years things started to get better. I wouldn't wish that on anyone and that's what is upsetting. Soon, if we are not very careful, it will all be back. We will have no one to thank but a government that could care less about us.

Wake up Sugarblues!
You think the Democrat Party cares about you?
It is the Trump administration that is getting America back to work.
He reversed this!!!!

“An end run around national sovereignty, eroding it piece by piece, will accomplish much more than the old fashioned frontal attack" – Richard Gardner , Ambassador to Italy - (CFR) Foreign Affairs, April, 1974

“Actions at the multinational level will be needed, if the process of international relocation of industries is to be accelerated in an organized fashion.” TC Report #23, 1982

Then you gotta love Trump, Sugar! He is bringing jobs back to America. Our middle class is being rebuilt on good-paying factory jobs that have been stagnant for decades. After eight years of high corporate taxes, onerous regulations, and trade deals that were k*****g America's jobs, Trumps new policies are working. America's unemployment rate is the lowest in a half century, and minority unemployment rates are the lowest in recorded history. The following chart showing growth in factory jobs speaks volumes about Trump successes for the working man. You can find these data and much more at www.bls.gov.

Hope you are right Don... but do I need to point out that the economy was recovered when trump walked
in?

He has done nothing other then give money to the rich and start a trade war with everyone..

the chart you post is misleading in structure.

the horizontal time line is a readable scale. but the vertical scale which seems to show a large change
when read only shows a difference of 300 from high to low, while your post and the chart itself imply a
large change in a short time..

I think this chart is more important when showing the results in dealling with the great recession
I think this chart is more important when showing ...

Frosty, you need to go back and look at that factory jobs chart again. The left scale is in THOUSANDS. Factory jobs are up a half million since Trump was elected. That is a tremendous gain in just two years after going down or sideways for decades. Trouble in manufacturing was (is) due to cheap foreign labor. When Japan started dumping cars and steel on the US in the 1970s, they were paying their workers 25 cents on the dollar compared with American Union workers. That meant that Japan could pay to ship goods to this country and still clobber their competition here with lower prices. Remember the 1950s when "Made in Japan" was a joke? The stuff was junk. And the first cars to be dumped here were junk. Datsuns rusted out and fell apart well before 100,000 miles. But the Japanese learned to make better cars, and Datsun changed its name to Nissan hoping that people wouldn't realize they made crappy Datsuns. Japanese cars and steel k**led middle-class jobs, especially in Detroit which is now an economic disaster. Later China jumped into the job-stealing business, filling the shelves at Walmart. Japan's wages are up a bit, but China still pays their workers about 25 cents on the dollar. All this was exacerbated by bad trade deals like NAFTA.

Trump is doing all the right things to turn this mess around. He k**led the T***s-Pacific Trade deal that would have destroyed even more American jobs and he renegotiated NAFTA. Naysayers claim that his tariff war is hurting jobs, but they are 100 percent wrong. Japan sells 75 cars to the US for each (one) car that they import from America. Japan imports a little bit of nothing from America. China is even worse. They outright ban many American products. The only thing that they import in quantity is pharmaceuticals. When Trump evens the playing field with tariffs against these countries, they have no recourse because there is little that they can tariff. Trumps policies are an easy win that brings good-paying factory jobs back home.

yes, I know that the 300 is in thousands.. my point is still correct.. but why quibble..

the TTP was specifically an economic weapon against China that was why China was not allowed to be a member.. but it was cast aside..

The changes to NAFTA, which has not yet been ratified, are minor Canada gained most of what they wanted and Mexico has moved contracts prior to the new agreement..

for China, they have move agriculture markets which even if the trade tariffs are removed, those markets
will be a very long time coming back..

the republicans worked for a decade or more to put NAFTA into place. so if you do not like the agreement
take it out on them..

The very few things trump has done have had a negative effect on our world position and will affect our own economy in a year or so..

Cars??? I see not significant change in the export/import of cars for any agreement.. cost going up for american cars mfg. so GM closing plants..

When President Obama place focused tariffs on steel and put the Iron minors back to work it got little attn.

trump scatter gun approach did more to our allies then to any other country.. he did not understand what had already been done or the effect of a non focused tariffs on the world market of the US..
