Salutations and Greetings to everyone: I hope all is well.
I am going to share my observation of the "Forum" or BB (bulletin board): sorry Bob.
in all my years of being a member or moderator,more the latter,I have never seen a board like this.for those purests looking for syntax or grammar errors; kindly put: stuff it.
We have dealt with people on a worldwideweb whose only problem was ours at times as making the best of fracturing our lauguage .it was Fun.12 mods,each with 3 sub forums giving up an idea where this(my) mindset is coming from.
anywho: this BB in place does a fairly good job masquerading as a - Discussion Forum-
Not for lack of trying,Most Do try and pretty well I might add.
the huge difference in my humble opinion between a BB and a Real Forum from observations seen so far falls more along the lines of the former whereas ANYTHING GOES?no siree bob that is not the way it should work,in a forum what normally happens
Is in fact Sharing and Caring,more so the latter than anything else.just looking for clues at the scene of the crime not judging anybody,Not my job or style.
in a genuine forum setting you share and care along with respect what ever people post or in our case ask with the understanding any questions asked may take time to get to although being worldwide it's 5 O'clock somewhere;members could and likely would get to it before any of Us as a whole might, they are and always were treated with R-E-S-P-E-C-T something NOT shown on this BB nearly ever,it happens but not as much as attempting a stab at being a true Discussion forum,where an atmosphere of trust and comfortability is built that everyone can let their hair down so to speak, so everyone gets shown the respect, help,encouragement,guidence,kindness,feeling of achievement to any question asked without fear of being thought of as this or that but instead work together on any topics or questions for an actual solution that more often than not a conclusion is met in the affirmative to/for All concerned.
NOT so here,it is Not Us and Them.We are All riding the storm out together as done for years, better and/or worse.Re: Board;
it comes across as more of a onepartypeople or onepersonsparty(both OPP forms),it saddens me missing opportunities that could have been enjoyed.enjoyment is what a true forum gives.
every forum I have had the pleasure of being member of showed more distinction than OPP does or will,again my opinion (but from experience). YOU All Do have your moments in the sun for that ray of light many times shown more than once by more than One. your admin should be thankful for;He or they have done a fine job as it has been shown in their sticky posts. NEVER any sarcasim,disrespect and a laundry list of other fine things nearly always present on OPP. admin would be welcome on any forum set forth by their example of news or sticky posts,as well as answering questions asked;much to their credit which I suspect they hope their posts will rub off somehow; but alas they have not nor appears ever will although as mentioned You DO all try,good for you. there is hope.unlike life in the fast lane.
the conclusions insomuch from a reasonable point of view are:
onepoliticalplaza has always to go before they sleep to attain actual ''forum'' (in every sense of the word)status pretty much due to the atmosphere and tones set.far too many try but like trying to put toothpaste back in the tube it can't work and won't until a some changes are made.indeed many posts from the past have been seen that by and large show unwanted symptoms or actions even back then.
is it so hard to agree to disagree in a civil non combative manner and reap the rewards a Discussion Forum has to offer?this author is good at many things(professional in two) however the political aspect was Not something found like contrails in the air -- Interesting!then Mr. Trump was installed into our highest position in the land,someone I do know and know about.leaving it hang fire there since most points/posts made along the way results in what we are all witnessing these days have already been patented by others,there is no need to repeat the same or tear down Anyone in the process seeing how well those who have made said points were met with so much understanding,kindness,etcetera as well as the kind of h**e never witnessed before:Truly Unbecoming! but at least much of the rhetoric,vitirol(sp)has been contained or attempted to be. it goes without saying there is and always will be someone out there that will Flame anything and everything just because{contributing to BB category,much like children arguing who know no better}. it is not just a BB thing,it happens on forums too.it is just less tolerant {needed change IMO } since one catches more flies/members with honey than vinegar.kindness, understanding.respect among other fine traits always win out in the long run.a guestbook had :We had nearly as many hits as members,usually one post wonders to say/reveal how good they thought the forum was helpful.many joined.I can hear a collective Who Cares?it is attempting to drive home a point is all. don't read anything into it that is not there.
therefore politics has been not a priorty;I've been looking for that elusive kind of cammeraderie aka silver linings only found on a genuine forum.contacts made throughout to this day still make contact simply because kinships made along the way with those that Know information relayed back is in fact factual. just from the persona left on a forum.
With All Due Respect something to ponder above. if anyone finds a way to link life experiences had please don't keep it to yourself : ) . also do Not ever recall seeing or using Memes on any Fora for any reason.they simply do not compute(some make points attempting to be made easier depending}. although I have used some just because they're had on device and I do not copy/paste(well done those that do). Cool Hand Luke comes to mind:"what we have here is a failure to communicate" < . yet all do but not without Ire met most of the time.if folks have to curse each other to make a point it damages the entire board not just the persons it is aimed at.this is fact on ANY fora just as caps are seen as yelling.there are exceptions normally for just words as in above.
it has become more and more obvious that sk**ls,style and techniques once used and had have in essence been misplaced,however it should parse out the message trying to be conveyed fairly simple(I've dealt with tougher reads). thoughts do not follow rules but rather come about on their own and are put down as such when they do.meaning I say/write what I mean and mean what I write/say.there is of course room for compromise,always has been. no one has attempted such. save(especially) All the naysayers,likely those unable to last in real time fora explained.
with this all relayed,in particular above the with all due respect there IS actually a forum of sorts.barely; But:there is a very fine line between a BB and a forum,one that appears just crossed said line;perhaps due to to there being more positive than negative on it.there are at least a half dozen[perhaps more] that would Not last a day on any established Forum along with some that make the cut generally which could be what admin sees,not sure.there are a handful that attempt to bring about sanity.two of which can be considered friends{something not easily given} whilst others show true colors on a regular basis.and yet others that bring about smiles while still others one can only shake their heads at!several actually Think they know who I am,how I think or what I think? none are even close on any of those points. it do bring about a chuckle though.carry on OPP since it is not where I hang my hat these days(which appeases most I'm sure).

it is Not just my opinion nor is it a grain of salt.
in the interest of not being adversarial both admin and members of a recently joined real forum( where my opinion is valued) have checked here,all reaching the same conclusion viewing my post that is a block of salt squarely frames or scores the board as a BB often found in a chat room when they were still around and popular to some degree,some blogs too,not much anyone here except admin can or will do anything about it.sad really I had hope.the place is more of an I,me and my place whereas a forum enjoys a We,us and our format where everyone can get comfortable in about pretty much anything within reason.
I'll not let a thorm ruin a particularly good time had with real people, and some virtual.all of us wish everyone the best. I'm done trying to explain or defend. will still look for intelligent posts via friends and a minority mentioned in original post.

3 things I have to Prove
1. Trump has been c*********d early on and he’s trying to get out of their Grips, I pray I’m wrong.
2. Q***n/Q, sealed indictments, military tribunals, arrests will never happen, I pray I’m wrong.
3. The Deep state is just buying it’s time stalling with things like Mueller and anything they can throw out there with false f**gs, mass murders and worse, (wild Cards coming) becaus they know Trump is running out of time anyway.
When the above happens (pray not) the country will spiral into all out civil unrest.
Regardless Plans B and C are moving forward no matter what Trump does or happens to him.
M*****as will Occupy Washington and the unthinkable will begin.
