LOL!! I don't know what I'd do without my peppers and hot sauce. And cayenne pepper. I use them on almost everything.

I've heard of adrenal gland burn out but never taste bud burn out. This will require more research, ha.

LOL! It takes practice to hit that sweet spot where its really spicy but you can still taste the food. It's an art.

I haven't mastered it yet. lol Tonight I tried a hot sauce made with the ghost pepper which is one of the hottest - I should have known that BEFORE I tried it. I put on way too much and I'll probably be paying for it later.
