I really don't know how you were raised, but I came from a decent family where we all were taught to value human life over things. If you were not taught that, I feel sorry for you.

Following your line of thinking, everyone should listen to the gun manufacturers and buy their products to protect ourselves from their other customers. I support our president and our democratic members of congress who would like to enact sensible gun laws to restrict easy access to handguns and assault weapons.

Read that by Brian and thought brain dead. Wife Aunt and Uncle just went through this, 70 minutes for the cops to show and five days waiting on the OK from the insurance company to rent a car. That's fine if you have a second car but when your retired, in your 80's you probably don't have that second car.

So you are saying, that in lieu of spending an hour talking to the cops and waiting for 5 days for a rental car, you would prefer to take a human life??? You are why so many of us won't give the keys to the White House back to the Republicans. I am glad that President Obama was chosen by this nation twice.

Of course you support your president in trying to take all guns away from citizens. And that is the only 'sensible" gun laws they are trying to pass. If they can take all our guns, like Hitler did in Germany, then they can do as they want to us and we will have no way to stop them.

Our U.S. Senator Diane Feinstein has good reasons to feel this way. She was there, at San Francisco City Hall, when ex-supervisor Dan White gunned down Mayor George Moscone, and Supervisor Milk. She has been elected and re-elected many times by the v**ers of this state along with Senator Barbara Boxer. I have proudly v**ed for both of these fine progressive women numerous times, as well as our president twice.

And those that were around never made it known about their preferences because it was not a good thing to be q***r.
