He used a pice of pepper with mostly black out lines and it turned out he had redactid it and it contained no clasified information and reading it it no way acused Hillary of wrong doing!

I don't see the advantage in waiting to destroy most of Washington DC, but it is said that Trump is keeping his powder dry for the onslaught of kommiecrat subpoenas coming in January. Trump can declassify anything he wants, and he will if he must.
