US citizen and American state national how do they find remedy???

I am not a US citizen so someone else can explain that part.
I am, know as an Oregonian state national by the laws of our land's several states. I suggest every man or woman on the land of our several states, perception with proof is reality, have only one opportunity for remedy. The only court, that can claim original jurisdiction, in a case between mind, body, spirit, the individual, the beneficiaries of the founding documents; plaintiff v United States and it's responsible management employee of the Article III court of Our Constitutions. defendants is in an Article III court.
WTF. That billet is empty? There is no individual person capable of Clerk of the "one supreme Court compliant with Article III? That sounded FIOA so I demanded an answer and got silence. Therefore, I am still standing and none will stand for the United States
OMG what will we do??? the incompetent bastards running this f+cking lash - up in DC lost a whole court? The only specifically enumerated Court. Or they are hiding it? So, there is the question? Or is there more than one?
