I don't know who the dems were who wanted to remove the free speech clause from the first.But you hear these radical morons on here always say we are doing away Democracy.

I am guessing that you would find most speech that you disagree with to be " lies and propaganda " and that you would declare it to be " incitement and infringing on others ".
The US is the last place on Earth where free speech is protected. In Canada and Europe the government declares what ever it dislikes to be h**e speech. I bet you'd love those h**e speech laws to come to America, right ?
