America Media Inc (AMI) owns The National Enquirer. The head of that, um, newspaper is David Pecker, supposed good friend of Trump. He has stated that he paid Karen Macdougall 150,000 dollars for her story "in order to own it and k**l it to help protect Trump's candidacy." He made it abundantly clear that the secret payoff to MacDougall was in concert with the campaign for her silence. Repeat: in concert with the campaign. He is cooperating with law enforcement and has an immunity deal.

Allen Weisselberg is the head of the Trump Organization. He has been granted immunity and is cooperating with law enforcement. How does he come into the picture? Not him exactly, the Trump Organization. It paid Cohen 420,000 dollars, falsifying financial records to say it was a legal retainer to Cohen. There is a problem; their payment far exceeded what Cohen had asked for, 130,000 dollars, in a false filing by Cohen of an LLC to receive money for a legal retainer, when it was in fact to be reimbursed for paying off Stormy Daniels.

Why did the Trump organization overpay Cohen nearly 300,000 dollars more? Good question. Weisselberg said he did not sign over a check to Cohen and the only people that could were all named Trump: Ivanka, Don Jr., Eric, and Don Sr. Filings and statements by SDNY make it obvious that Ivanka, Don Jr,. and Eric are now under investigation for campaign finance violations. Who signed that check? Did they all confer and agree? We will see.

You should care because AMI is pointing the finger at the Trump organization as being the one(s) breaking campaign finance laws. They've been given immunity but no one in the Trump organization has. If Cohen got 3 years for his part how long of a sentence will the person who is behind it all get? My bet is far more than three years which is why you really should care...

Another witch hunt. After 2 years and 30 million dollars of taxpayer money came up empty, they are looking for anything, and every harmless detail becomes a Trump-ending felony.
I noticed that the FACT that Stormy Daniels has to pay Trump nearly $300,000 in damages has been completely ignored by the media. Since when is paying off an extortionist a violation of campaign finance law. Payments made under duress are looked at differently unless your name is Trump.
Trump's attorney Cohen, a weasel who will say anything to save his ass. A disgraced British agent. A partisan prosecutor and a corrupt FBI Director, and you are still worried about this crap.

Give it a rest. They pointed the finger at Trump for the collusion crap also, and 2 years and 30 million taxpayer dollars later admitted there was nothing there.

Gosh, did Mueller give his report and I missed it? Dang, and I so was looking forward to it. And you guys really don't get it. Cohen got 3 years and he's not the one who set up the campaign finance violations. AMI was given immunity. That leaves Trump or his children to take the fall. I have every confidence that Mueller will get Trump so I will be more than happy if one or more of the kids take the fall for this. Cohen cooperated and got 3 years. How much do you think someone will get when they choose to go down swinging? More than three years that's for damn sure...

And isn't it funny that all the people accusing the Trumps or "investigating" them are l*****ts?

If it's true that you can gauge a man by his enemies, Trump is pure sterling.

In case you missed the articles - as you always seem to do rumi - the payments to women for hush money are not campaign finance violations. Trump has never been found to violate campaign finance rules. Ya missed that didn't ya..?? Cohen was FRAMED by the FBI and Mueller in an attempt to scrutinize all things Trump. If Cohen would have kept his big mouth shut, the FBI would have come up empty handed AGAIN...!! Why didn't he take the 5th..?? Lois Lerner in the IRS scandal during O'Bammies admin did that. Worked out well for her, didn't it..??

Once again you go trashing all things Trump without a clue and chasing ghosts.... good luck with that.
