After being rejected by his only choice, the president gets realistic in his quest for a Chief of Staff he can communicate with on an equal level and have something in common. Okay, you're right, graduating grade school may be a slight disadvantage for the president to follow intellectually ("Smoking. Can you spell smoking? Tough word. No one can spell it. Stupid word. And why two different words for Counsel and not just council? Effete liberal spelling."), and he is yet behind bars (but ever seriously nearer, on numerous charges, might need advice on making a shive), but those qualifications are still apt. A penchant for fast food will bond them. Peace will come to the WH.
