The border wall and other measures to control our border need done. If the Democrats are so upset about 5 billion, basically a rounding error in a 4 trillion dollar budget they will allow the govt. to shut down the American people will see the Democrats really want open borders but like most liberals don’t have the balls to tell the t***h.

I think when people start arguing about percentage points that are preceded by decimals that it is no longer about the money... Admittedly , a border wall probably wouldn't be the top of my list if I had five billion dollars (not even close - need to work about a thousand more lifetimes)... But considering how much the government spends on items like Planned Parenthood and the Military (which need to be funded yearly) I don't think 0.02-3% of the budget going to building a permanent border wall is really such an expense..

Agreed... If you want peace you must prepare for war.... I believe Planned Parenthood provides many valuable services as well... Just saying that five billion for the federal government really isn't that big of a number.. And it's a one time expense...
