Isn't it remarkable that the incidence of contaminated food has increased significantly since the food industry has been able to get all of the low cost, illegal, workers they want?

Ground beef is bad news but probably the most common beef we buy. I used to buy cattle on the hoof but now days I buy from my local butcher. Can't be too careful.

Smedley, part of the problem is that the CAFOS( concentrated animal feeding operations) are feeding proteins( meat) to cattle. This brings about “mad cow disease” but the incubation period can be as long as ten years( a little too late to correct your impending disease).
Now add to that, that the large food processors mix together tons of beef from hundreds of cows( all the while being handled by moslums that DON’T wash their hands after deficating ) and you now have the reasons for disease spreading in our food supply. Governor Tommy Thompson told us years past that our food supply would be a weak link for terriorism. He was correct.
