Hillary was pronounced guilty but Comey, quite inappropriately, claimed it wasn't worth an indictment and that she did it accidentally, and Lynch et al went along with it because Lynch had the tarmac meeting with Bill and it would have looked like Bill had orchestrated the entire fiasco, to get his little woman off the hook; which he did.

And it is the l*****t dem's who think guilty until proven innocent is the way it is; witness their behavior in the Kavanaugh confirmation.

We see crimes from hilliar, and she's not prosecuted. Unlike mueller, who is in the process of creating crimes for Trump, the prosecutors in authority now are covering crimes that hilliar and obama committed, such as : The refusals of the intelligence bureaus to give up requested documents from every area of the hilliar scandals and the actions of the FBI and DOJ while spying on Trump.
They are using the cloak of National Security to hide evidence of treasons committed by the obama administration and hilliar.
