If you’re going to arrest all thelawmakers, establish concentration camps and deportation proceedings for millions of citizens and non-citizens, that sounds rather 1917ish. Do you plan on abrogating all trade agreements, ordering all military home, etc.? Do you have anyone in your stable with that kind of authority?

Even if there was some civil charge it can not come before the courts until the President is out of office in 2024.

Any charge of impeachment must originate in the Democratic controlled House of Representatives. The top officials have already said they would not pursue it.

They know it will take a 2/3 majority of Congress to impeach the President and they don't have the v**es. If they do pursue it and the President is not found guilty they can not try him again because of the double jeopardy law.

Maybe you missed all the redacted pages of the filings. Those have to do with further investigations and indictments. Be patient; not all the axes have fallen by any means.
