The people collecting b****ts were signing the blank b****ts they filled out for the republicans as a witness with their own names and in some cases addresses. Investigators are able to go to their addresses, and when they ask if the person collected b****ts they say yes I did. They are completely candid and you can't help but think these people aren't lying because they didn't know it was wrong.

The one woman that was interviewed said that she took stacks of b****ts to Dowless's house every week.

What made this work is that there is a list of people requesting absentee b****ts with addresses, so the b****t workers were able to target them by address and collect the b****ts. Blank ones got filled out republican and turned in, already filled out dem b****ts got tossed.

People this is one incident, it is what it is, deal with it. All e******n f***ds need to be found, investigated, and fixed so they can't happen again. Given the scope of this and that it was easily tipping e******ns the other way, and that it has been going on for some time in all of their e******ns, people involved need to spend time in jail. The campaigns paid for this Dowless to do this, and anyone who knew needs to be prosecuted.
