Okay, this is one where it's hard to believe these people would do something fraudulent like this on this scale. We started out thinking there were some black people signing affidavits that someone had come around and taken their b****ts to turn them in for them. Easy for the right to say yeah right, sure, like we're going to believe that l*****t BS...

...then we saw that absentee b****ts had a split of 19% republicans and 81% dems registered for them, but republicans got a whopping 61% of the v**es turned in. This of course could not be explained by lazy dems not turning in their v**es.

But now we know and can prove the extent of the operation designed to collect b****ts and either toss them or use the dem b****ts to v**e for the republican.

The republican, Harris, hired a felon McCrae Dowless, who had already done time for fraud, to be in charge of absentee b****ts, and make it to where this republican won. It would seem McCrae hired as many as 80 people to canvass neighborhoods and illegally collect b****ts that hadn't been turned in yet, offering to help fill out and turn them in. They were not turned in, they were delivered to McCrae's house.

There is solid evidence accruing already, and the scale this was done on easily changed the outcome of the e******n. McCrae was allegedly promised $40k if Harris, won the e******n.

Is this the one that is so blatant and easily proven with the people involved talking that those on the right might actually admit republicans can go to great lengths to c***t on e******ns in states where the GOP controls them?

By some miracle will republicans admit that this was serious enough to warrant a ree******n, or even that the scope it was done on likely did change the winner and just call it for the DEM and save the trouble and expense of a ree******n? How about the lying c***ting reverend Harris simply concede since he is going to be indicted and convicted of e******n f***d anyway.

I doubt it.

All of the reasonable solutions to something this obvious and bad would take republicans admitting they were c***ting, and conceding the e******n to the dem. It's not snowing in hell yet.

If there were such solid evidence as you say, then why hasn't there been a real investigation. As you say allegedly, not yet confirmed. Just another plot by the loser of the e******n for Governor.

Now I know the conservatives are between a rock & a hard place.
In my heart I donit want to believe they would be so low to do this.

I know it has been said that all is fair in love & war.
But now we are going to have any thing goes in politics?

I have know that in the game of life I have been a more fortunet than many others.
I have made it a point to deal with others on the basis of fairness.
I would find it hard to live with my self if I took unfair advantage over some one else.

I thinkk that is a liberal view.
One that I try to base my life on.

We both know that there are those in this world that need extra help.
Time is running out for the conservatives maintaining their power.
They are only going to dig a deeper hole to fall into.

It will be up to us as having a more realistic grasp of life.
To undo the mess that is sill being created by the right.

It is with being patient in dealing with them that is needed in returning this nation to sanity.
If fingers need slapping so be it.

There has been a calling of taking the lifes of liberals by some on the right.

If there is a harsher lesson needed on this issue of v***r f***d.
Then we most live with that.

There is an investigation, the board has refused to certify the results, and this is stuff coming in daily. They are looking at the signatures of the witnesses and finding that these people involved have signed as witness to the b****ts as many as 40 times.. Oh it's real, instead of taking such a defensive posture simply follow new news on it and acknowledge that this isn't right and apply some common sense about what needs to be done about it.

This isn't a "dems are worse so what" kind of thing. It needs to be fixed to where it can no longer happen, it's a sign that the e******n boards of some states have way too much power with no effective oversight.

This is obviously a state that needs some serious e******n reforms and oversight...If this turns out to be true wouldn't you agree?

When I look at the different kinds of v**er or e******n f***d I see a case of fraud first, if it is credible and proof exists I don't care whether it's dems doing it or republicans...
...see it
...prove it
...fix it

having seen it, it should not be allowed to happen again. The board that is in charge often covers things up and it keeps happening, which is exactly what is going on in North Carolina and has been for some time.

We are entering an era where Florida has ratcheted up a new game, throw allegations that have nothing substantiating them, go to court and let the courts determine the outcome. That has to stop at the prove it stage.

Partisan bias gets in the way of addressing problems and making sure they can't happen. If a dem has manipulated v**es make sure that thing is made harder to happen again.

If a state's secretary of state thinks v**er rolls need to be purged, do it for every registered v**er in the state, not just certain precincts and counties by zip codes.

States that have old school, unreliable, hack prone systems that have no hard backup, upgrade your equipment so the allegations of monkey business stops. If your e******n board has ridiculous rules concerning recounts, such as Michigan's dilly, where if the v**e total doesn't match the v**es cast there can't be a recount. Recounts can only be done on the ones that match. Common sense here, this is completely backwards and is a system designed to promote and encourage b****t counting fraud...fix it, it's not that hard to fix basic common sense rules.

You really do have to be able to look at each case and see if the proof is there...
In this case in North Carolina, it's there. People being hired to collect B****ts and take care of them for people...are you effing kidding me? This isn't vague stuff that can't be proved, they are finding the people who did the b****t collecting, they know who hired them and who hired him. Going through b****ts that were turned in they are finding that the same people supposedly witnessed multiples of b****ts, some as many as 40 so far.

It's this kind if blind partisanship that prevents abuses from being fixed, you don't want r****d e******ns in North Carolina fixed.

Here's a newsflash, I want nothing more than the system in Broward county to be set up in such a way that fraud is not possible and the GOP can't keep falsely screaming foul and turning e******ns over to the courts like what happened with Gore, who by the way was later found to have won. I want nothing more than a v**er in Florida being able to show up to v**e, show ID, have their name be properly listed on the v**er roll, and cast their b****t without being challenged because their signature doesn't match, like they have signature experts working polls.

So teabo, back to North Carolina, which has nothing to do with anything else besides being the state with the most e******n shenanigans in the country, what would your take be on the fact that this republican was caught with the goods, and what should be done. It's not complicated when it is what it is. What is is when republicans and those who blindly support them like you are doing here won't fix the problem.

As long as I have been aware of the e******n system of v****g in America Republicans have always c***ted to win -this is not new. However, I totally agree with you that I have never seen the c***ting so "blatant-in-your-face" as it has been this past decade (<here think: the guy who controls the v****g system in the state running for state senator and not stepping down from the position of Secretary which puts him in charge of v****g until after the e******n and brazenly throwing out hundreds of thousands of b****ts). What really amazes me is how "easily" the republicans show callous, disdain, and hypocrisy for minorities to v**e without the suppression. sad.

The level that blows me away is how governor's powers are being treated by the GOP. I don't get how a republican governor in a republican controlled state can go along with a set and consistent list of duties and things the governor is responsible for, with cabinet and high level positions that are theirs to hire and fire...

...and as soon as they lose the position to a dem they scramble to use their majorities to gut the powers of the new governor. Any court is going to overturn actions like this, and the GOP is appealing it, and taking it as far as the supreme court if they can. With this supreme court it would be no surprise to see the conservatives overturn lower court decisions and allow such unconstitutional acts.

We always get our chance to clean up the messes of the right.
After we clean up the mess the right made.
We have another round of the right messing things up & rewarding them self for having to put up with what the left did to fix things.

Ours is not a life of joy.
Ours is a life of do or die.
We take our joy in putting it all back together.
It is just getting harder & harder to do.
My mother never said life would be easy.
But she did leave me with the determination to do the best I could.

My biggest regret in life was when my father died at a young age.
I was not there for my mother to ease the loss & the need for support she should have gotten from me.
Both of my parents love me & I never lacked for love & loving care.

Now in my declining years I wish to bring out the best in my self.
In doing so I need help from others.
We need to help each other bring out the best in each other.

There is so much good in life.
We really can over come the bad.
If we all look to each other for the help we all need.
In being the best person we can be.

It is at this time of year we need to try a bit harder to bring out the best in each other.

Apparently, this group of republicans are strong believers in "do as I say, not as I do." The level of hypocrisy and cronyism is only out done by their (false) defense "whataboutism" tactics. I would call them shameful, but they have no shame.pathetic.

Floyd: I enjoyed reading your post...thank you for sharing. Yes, this time of the year there is inspiration to "do good to others" and spread good will towards mankind. It would be so great if we could keep this "Christmas spirit" the whole year through. Many have yet to learn to look to Jesus -especially during times of trouble...He is the Way, the T***h, and the Life. Merry Christmas to you and your family, and may you all be blessed with a safe and prosperous New Year!

Always love reading your posts, and you are right on the money, I have found when I mention things of love and compassion it is mocked by the right, but we can let that go and focus on the others who wish to embrace what you're saying, it is the only way to neutralize the h**e that is being promoted to divide us. As always thank-you for your warm and humanitarian post.

This is an important and crucial topic, whether left or right, we must hold up the integrity of our v****g process at all cost, I don't understand the people who simply shrug it off. Maybe it'll take them losing their candidate fraudulently.
