My wife don't drive any more.
We only go places together.
I get just as many picks of where to shop as she does.
Her memory is a lot shorter now & I can c***t.
If I pick to many places to shop.
She will sit in the car.
I do shop much faster than she does so it is not terribly cruel.
We have no toddlers to shop for but she still looks.
Children today are more grown up now & want different things than what our children got at those ages.
I push money gifts. I think it goes over with the kids better.
It also can be less costly & trouble free.
While it has a better reception that some gifts.
