Zemirah posted the article about communion by a very prideful Catholic priest. I've been thinking about that one. The arrogance of its clergy to think they are in a position to tell people what Scripture means. Not to assist in teaching but to dictate. Nowhere in the Bible is anyone elevated above anyone else as the Catholics have done with their clergy. Peter himself never did this. He NEVER elevated himself above others.

1 Peter 5:1-3 - So I exhort the elders among you, as a fellow elder and a witness of the sufferings of Christ, as well as a partaker in the glory that is going to be revealed: 2 shepherd the flock of God that is among you, exercising oversight,[a] not under compulsion, but willingly, as God would have you;[b] not for shameful gain, but eagerly; 3 not domineering over those in your charge, but being examples to the flock.

Amen and Amen spot on the Roman Catholic Church has it upside down and inside out and they wonder why people leave the Roman Catholic Church and it is because they read the bible and learn the truth. Radiance3 and Doc110 won't do that they are to fearful of what the leaders may say I guess. As I have said before the only ones that I knew that had come out of the Roman Catholic Church did so after being in a bible study with other Christians.
