Only, thinking one knows as opposed to knowing. One can get abused, by the corporate governance situation. I could give a s**t. I will not let one infringement upon my unalienable rights pass unchallenged. I have over 50 due process violations filed into federal district court Portland. Which turns out to be NOT an Article III court only Article III judges. Fraud upon each and every one of the people.
I absolutely need an Article III court with claimed original jurisdiction!! To find remedy. So, it says in the 1st law of the land; guaranteed !! to all beneficiaries of our founding documents. Foocking period. There is no law past that. That is an Enumerated responsibility.
Some - one of those swamp creatures in DC must answer the challenge/demand/bellow/scream/order from those known as one of the people..I am known as one of them.
They claim to be government. When I think they're a bunch of civil servants. They think they are Senior Executive Service. Whomever they are, they owe me and my co-plaintiffs our court in our county. Full on, no bulls**t Article III court. I know what it takes to provide that court, As do my co-counsel.

FOIA Demand: This is Properly worded to obtain the correct name, address and name of the clerk of that Article III in law and equity claiming original jurisdiction court.Judiciary Act 1789-Sec 32; applies here.
I declare! you all to be incompetent, if one of you cannot respond in the affirmative to my FOIA demand. You have 21 days to comply or by your silence you acquiesce to a due process violation . 18 USC 3571 is a 250K penalty. and misprision of felony for a lesser penalty.
This communiqué is not intended to mislead, defraud, deceive or threaten in any way and is submitted in “good faith and with clean hands.” I do lawful not legal and this is my best effort.
I close with Love, peace, harmony and a prayer. A US Marshal has determined my prayer is not a threat. He then reneged on his word which is only good one time. "Praise the Lord and pass the ammunition."
