Right... Comey is the one who sued to delay having to testify and lost. Bush's death pushed it back another week. But, he will have to testify and under oath, in a closed session, where each side gets an hour at a time to question him. Then will see whose wall comes tumbling down. Another heads-up for ya, Comey aka HowdyDoody has been found to have four thick folders of child molestation evidence from Weiner's laptop and Hillary documents. Comey did not sue to avoid testifying, he wanted to testify publicly so the republicans couldn’t release bits and pieces of his testimony to serve their own purposes. They wanted to hide it from the American public. He agreed to drop his suit as long as he can tell anyone about everything in the hearing and a complete transcript is released within 24 hours. He got his way and you can bet that he and lots of others will be back for public testimony when the new congress takes office.
