I know, and somewhat understand the the right wing thinks the government should have nothing to do with Humanitarian projects.

also they feel no taxes should be spent on any form of welfare.. Any aid to the poor or needy should best be done by private organizations.

Who will do it better and cheaper than govt. ever could do..

So now I will help them do exactly that..

My wife received a Christmas catalog with gift for all those hard to fulfill goals.

This give us all a change to gift those in need with truly helpful item as we all should do..

give what you think will help the most..

Give those sheep, goats, chicken, fishing nets even a cow..

Also, Medicines or a malaria super net are great gifts..

It is up to you and I know you will do very well..

Right wing Christian's outgive the left by a wide margin. Whenever there is a disaster it is the right wing Christians and not the left atheist who respond. The only thing the left gives is other people's money.

My left wing church, if such a thing really exist, gives a good deal, for disaster or simply for the needy.. it is a generous amount from a little church in the vale..

We also abid by the thinking that church and state, that is political POV should not mix..

Selfish, i was not trying to be specific.. but do include the right wing in general..

I do not think that money contributed to the new church roof should be included and charity..

Fixing ones church is not the same as providing food/clothing/medicine for the needy..

I also do not think church and state should mix.. regardless of any words you can or can not find in the constitution/bill of rights..

Charity doesn't just extend to little Boogla Boogla over in Africa. There is plenty to be done here. Some of us just do it, and don't talk about it.
