The rascist republican will be fined, barred form all league activities, and the league owners will try to force the sale of the team.

At least one of the r****t pigs will have to pay for his stupid remarks

1. Step one. Outlaw s***ery. Check
2. Step two: enact meaningful civil rights legislation. Outlaw miscegenation laws. Check
3. Step three: integrate our public schools, t***sportation, and public gathering places, like hotels, restaurants, parks, stadiums, and arenas. Check.
4. Step four: out, criticize, marginalize, hold up to public ridicule and shaming, those who insist on rejecting folks "who are not our kind". Check.

Google: Cliven Bundy, Donald Sterling, Michael Savage, r****m.

So I have a question. If your a r****t no good S.O.B., does that qualify you to lose your right to be a r****t, for comments you make in the privacy of your home? If your the lowest form of a human on earth, does that qualify you to not have freedom of speech? If your the most h**ed person for your views, does that qualify you to have your business taken from you?
I'm on the side of this guy being something to wipe from the bottom of my shoe, but when people lose there constitutional freedoms, for there view points or speech, America has lost her soul!!

Like with adultery, people have the legal right to be r****ts. Their neighbors also have the legal right to reject them, boycott them, revile them, and hold them up to public ridicule.

I hope Sterling's becoming a laughingstock, will give others pause before they speak h**eful things.

I don't think it's a freedom of speech issue. There is no criminal offense for a person saying wh**ever h**eful thing they want. The limit is defined by what those around the person are willing to put up with. The NBA is not the government. Sterling participates in the NBA voluntarily, and they have a right to police their members. Sterling exercised his right of free speech and is getting the reaction to it that it deserves.

Folks, after they make a mountain of money, move on to other things. Families like the Carnegies, Mellons, and Rockefellers all wanted the social prestige that goes with "good deeds". Humans are social creatures who care what others think of them (mostly).

Sterling liked being seen as a rich sports empresario.

Now he gets to be seen, nationally, until the end of his days, as a rich assh*le.

I suspect this was not the legacy this 80 year old had in mind.

So when does the line get drawn? If you speak h**e against my view here and now, then the mob hunts you down and takes your job or business? isn't that the foundation of free speech? you have the freedoms to say, or h**e against my view regardless of the content, without provocation. h**e speech is wrong on any level, but again if a meteor fell and landed on this guy, that may not be a bad thing, but actions taken threaten every American. Reminds me of Google!! How many liberal, or conservative reporters would be out of work for there h**e speech, of newspaper/magazine writers?

I thought freedom of speech extended further. Its his business, not the NBA. Banning him is a personal choice, he's out of the club so to speak. it seems there crossing a freedom line by forcing a sale, his right to be an ass and operate a business is everyone's right
