(Letter to my Congressman Elect) On Debt: There are two categories of people who petition the Government. The first is Cronies. They wish to change policy. The second is supplicants. They want money. They currently petition Congress and Cronies petition the Executive. If the division of powers is corrected to conform to Article One Section 7, as I have asked you to do, then these two groups will be forced to switch Branches. The Congress will set policy so Cronies will have to persuade all of them. The supplicants will have to beg the President who will plea poverty. Result Debt Problem solved. (He will have standing before the Supreme Court, so if he will ask them to fix this....)
