More Liberal Judicial Activism

A Judge has ordered that the invaders of our southern border cannot be stopped. Of course, the liberals judge shopped and got one of the ELWNJ San Francisco judges to issue the order. They know the most overturned court in the nation, the ninth circuit court, will uphold the decision. Let is be clear, those trying to force their way into the country are not seeking asylum. That is just a false claim, in order to gain access to a seat at our financial table. The Democrats want them here because they are more v**es from them. Trump needs to fight this all the way. Liberals complain about judicial activism unless it benefits them.

The idea is too over load the courts and make this a painfully slow process. Roughly 89% of these cases will be thrown out of court while the 11% will go to the next level, less than 5% will actually be approve.

These judges are all t*****rs and should be dealt with accordingly !
Their jobs are to judge by the law and not legislate from the bench

Asking them to judge a case before it gets in court is wrong also.

I see no reason why they can't be stopped. When an illegal crosses the border, i.e., the river, he is stepping on private
property. Doesn't that land owner have the right to protect his property by wh**ever means necessary?
