In the case of a human being, the conclusion can therefore be made that a human being’s life begins at conception.

Under U.S. federal law, murder is the unlawful k*****g of a human being with malice aforethought – the "premeditation" or "predetermination" (with malice) that can be expressed (intent to k**l) or implied. Implied malice is proven by acts that involve reckless indifference to human life or in a death that occurs during the commission of certain felonies (the felony murder rule).
