He did nothing different in that press room than any other Reporter. Wether the law suite is valid I don’t know. But when you are denigrated by the president when Trump refused to answer his question and screamed like a child when Acosta had a follow up.
I am sure if this gets into a court of law CNN will have multiple examples on Tape to show far worse behavior by reporters.
