Trump needs to issue two Executive Orders. One eliminating birthright citizenship for i******s, for the future and retroactively. The other EO would deny dual citizenship, for those who have sworn allegiance to the US, those who are natural born citizens and those who are citizens by birth. Natural born citizens are those with two citizen parents and were born on US territory.
Any US citizen holding dual citizenship must formally abjure one or the other and give notice of such action at the consulate of the other nation If they choose the other nation, they should be given thirty calendar days, to leave the US. Further Trump needs to inform the State Department, which is in charge of citizenship, that such dual allegiances are not permitted and the oath taken at naturalization makes that plain.
