I look for some law changes now that some poor celebrities lost their houses. However; it is liberal utopia out there, so dead brush comes first.

My daughter and her husband lived out there in Orange county for many years and I remember the hills were all brown and dead looking but they would green up in the spring when they got rain. I know all of the yards had automatic sprinkler systems in them to keep them green. Most all of the yard work was dome bu Mexicans as well.
