Do you think an active ethics complaint on Kavanaugh by the courts should be addressed? It should have been covered by the senate whereby they could have easily determined that with the complaint it would be impossible to confirm him until the court addressed the complaints. In other words it would be an obvious deal breaker for the supreme court.

He's been overturned for bad decisions, appeals courts do not frivolously overturn a circuit court judge unless he clearly deviated from the law.

Yes Kavanaugh needs to be removed for the court. Garland was supposed to hear the case but recused himself because of the optics, republicans would be unlikely to accept his ruling as being unbiased in nature.

He also had perjury that had hard evidence that the senate refused to look at.

How hard is it to look for the things that mean a person is not fit and respond to them? A candidate for the supreme court cannot have a provable record of bias, he has to have a record that is clear of rulings being overturned because he can't follow the law, and he can't have openly advocated controversial positions on issues.

It's not exactly partisan impeachment if there are really clear reasons, which there are. The right thinks it was all about Ford and an incident 30 years ago. It's about partisan bias and ethics complaints and violations such as perjury as recently as 2017 and this confirmation..

It is blatant partisanship by Democrats and will go nowhere.if you want judges removed because decisions are overturned then the whole ninth circuit court should be thrown out . If you want bias as a standard for throwing a judge out then Ginsburg and Obama's two appointees should be gone.

How about instead, since he's been confirmed and is now a justice, if the Democrats instead moved on and demonstrated that they actually have some positive contributions/ policies to make involving governance of the country (which they're actually being paid to do), some people might think they were getting value for their hard earned tax dollars.
