Now it is time to pray for those elected, even if you did not v**e for them.... pray that Our Father will bless them with wisdom, patience, and they may find within themselves to do the right thing for us, the US citizens, that they become mute when they open their mouths to lie or abuse the position we entrusted to them. Pray also for our President so he can continue making our nation great.

Yes, I agree Pennylynn, I think this e******n is a very good thing, now maybe we all can feel more represented and maybe Congress can try and do what the people want, to work together.... for the best interest and highest good of our country.

Agreed, its past time to try and unite and work together for the best interest of our country..

I have prayed for all our presidents, it has nothing to do with liking them, but more for our nation. When our president is successful, our nation is successful.
When we foster ciaos and discontent, we can not achieve our greater potential. As I have always been told, you reap what you sow. If we keep up the h**e and anger, it will come back on us 7 times 7.

So, yes I prayed for obama.... sometimes 3 times a day. My thought, you should not regret your prayers for him or anyone, nor feel any shame.
