The first document and the one always 4 corners on the table, our Declaration of Independence from England and Netherlands; the second document Articles of Confederation; third The United States of Americas Constitution circa 1819 thru 1860 -61. These are the founding documents for every one of us. Some folks are with the original thirteen. There is some argument on that number and their names. Moving on, we find the Northwest Ordnance for many. Not all! does it apply to... Louisiana came to our several states without common law.

There is a lot of settled controversy about the Articles of Confederation. It is brought forward in the subsequent document our Constitution. All these documents are 4 corners on the table; as is each of the original Constitutions of the founding nations; united with full faith and credit. These sovereign nations formerly known as the colonies, were joined by new states among the several states of the Union/Confederation..

The aftermath of War with our former sovereign was tough. Things did not get settled as a Constitutional Republic until 1819. About 3 % of the population took active part in the emancipation of man upon the land as a sovereign with no boss. And no subjects. 97% were peaceful inhabitants with loyalty to their King/former King; foreign agents; criminals and scalawags; indigenous Americans from original inhabitants and landed immigrants; opportunists from Europe and elsewhere; foreign nationals. All divided up among the several sovereign nations that constituted the Original Confederations of several states. Virginia is named commonwealth.

They fought another war or several. There were Freemasons on the soil, papists, T*****RS, read what these founders did. England hung a bunch, k**led and hounded many of their families. Benjamin Franklin made it through OK. Some entered into Treaties, read what Jay did. George hung people 2 men on two occasions. They conquered England in two wars.

Now treaties must reach the threshold of law. I have read a bunch. Not one is valid. All!! everyone!! is bogus from the first to the last. If it is repugnant it fails.

The peace was broken when Lincoln was elected. How did that happen?? He was, allegedly, a BAR attorney. I have not been able to prove that. Lawyer is provable. However, we have had color of law since sine di 1861. That entire deceit, fraud, criminal usurpation was brought about by attorneys, strongly suspected to be members of the British Accredited Registry. This is still with us today as color of law, a legal fiction, fraud upon we the people.

Our law starts 1776. And it is all written. Those things precedent are considered. 1215 and the like. It has not changed as 1st law of our land!!! The most recent edition of law has not changed since sine di 1861. Fraud vitiates all. Fucking period. Then come color of attorney& judges agreeing on statutory law. I say treason. This started 1946.
