The objective of this endeavor it to find remedy for due process violations. Claims, put forth, that are ones with incontrovertible evidence. Just the facts of court records, testimony in the form of an affidavit, the laws, rules, regulations, ordnance of the de facto that they must adhere to.
Every word, action, conclusion must be vetted. When I filed the Notice and demand into the Supreme Court of the United States the clerk responded. The Notice and Demand was to locate the “one supreme Court claiming original jurisdiction in law and equity as enumerated in every Constitution, within Article III. That is an enumerated responsibility of whomever is agent of “dot GOV.” By their email address the claim to be agent. If they decline to submit their documentation into the record in writing, they are not the one supreme Court!
Remember I am dealing with Scott the clerk of SCOTUS. The codified penalty for Due Process violation is $250.000.00 FRN 18 USC 3571.
