How is it d******e?????? Im pretty sure that Republicans and Democrats use MJ!!!!!!...I personally dont use it, but my son uses to it to relax before he goes to sleep...Not every night though....
It's like cigarettes and booze. People are not going to stop using it, so make it legal and stop putting people in jail for using it. It costs too much to house users and causes overcrowding. Let sellers make money and the govt collect the taxes on it. It can't possibly be any more harmful than either of the other two.

Yes, it should be legalized.

It is here in Oregon, I have no problem with it..opioids need to be eradicated and replaced with marijuana oils and cbd's.

There are standards for blood alcohol levels that determine DUI. what would be the standard for DUI with marijuana?

What would law enforcement do with all of the money that they are spending on the war on mj?
What would our courts do with all of the docket time cleared by ending mj prosecutions?
What would our jails and prisons do with all of those empty cells, with no more mj convicts to fill them?
I am sure such resources could be put to better use.

Very good point....we here in California are trying as we speak to figure this out. I am sure we will get it done. It’s very important that we do!

It is a tough one, and I am not sure how to address it. Field sobriety test may not be enough.
I dont know, guys...Isnt MJ gateway to more serious drugs????

That would be my take on it. Don't they go to opioids and other hard drugs?

I do know that alcohol and pot don’t mix well. So hopefully what ever they come up with is going to be able to sort out the difference.
