My daughter is building a home in Costa Rica. She has discovered that there are different ailments down there, some serious with difficult treatments.
Good to know smallpox is not one of them. Even if all were healthy at start of march, how many will get sick on the way here with who knows what?
Mexico has offered them asylum, food and work, they refused. That excuses the USA from any responsibility.
