Tom Steyer And George Soros believe in one thing putting more cash in the hands of the consumer not the rich and wealthy and rely on the stupid who think trickle down economics work. The one thing these two believe in is when 90% of this country has cash the more stuff they buy and the more money they make where everybody wins. Who were you referring to when you said taxes should be raised? Do you think you can get blood out of a stone? Only the wealthy have the excess funds to pay more taxes and since this is a good idea according to you, let them pay more voluntarily.

It has nothing to do with Trump, lets declare a national 20% gift day and everyone who has assets in excess of $150,000 donates twenty percent of that excess to the US Treasury. Add wh**ever caveats about how it is to be spent that you like. Last time I checked the expenditure bills had to come from the House of Representatives. No Trump involved.

We can make this a tradition, every leap year or wh**ever other periodic event you like.

Corporations are actually forced to spend (reinvest) profits that they won't if they aren't put in a situation where they either pay taxes of invest in infrastructure.

Clinton raised taxes to close the deficit, and the economy put on 25 million jobs.

It's not raising "people's" taxes, it's raising wealthy people's taxes and corporations.
