This was a different arrest. Carol I have been arrested and incarcerate 5 times. Tried on three different counts. Not guilty of trespass with a firearm; guilty of trespass, guilty of failure to produce a driving permit. I'm off probation now, first time in 4 years.
This is for arrest without a warrant. Doing it administratively. When due process finally starts to work. I'll get the rest of the over 50 violations filed.

Good for you! Thanks for filling me in. I was totally confused. Are you an investigator?

Sorry I missed the Qualified Criminal Investigator. That explains a lot. I’m not really dumb. But now I understand the trespass, etc . Thank you for being so patient.
