So they dont follow the law and then they complain. If America switched to fingerprint ID you wouldn't have all these problembs.

I'm trying to figure out your point, or better still, the logic you go by.
The states in question WERE blue states, and they have large poverty level populations that need all that cash, Medicaid/Care, food stamps BECAUSE the Democrats previously ran them into the ground.
They are NOW red states because most of their v**ers don't WANT anything further to do with the Dems. The Republican leadership in any former long-time blue state has a lot of mess to clean up and a lot of legislation to deal with to wash away the stink of socialism.
What was it Ann Coulter said?

Republicans have always had to clean up the mess Democrats made in office. They need to start prosecuting the damn thieves for the missing money they can't account for like the billion dollar Hillary Clinton's state Department is missing.
