Your lucky that you get to fish that much.
In IL I could go fishing but there isn't that much to catch.
I believe we should do as we have done with oil and gas and let other countries spend their monies on that, of course paying attention and quietly doing research, but then when they've exhausted their treasures, take advantage and actually accomplish the goals. Just saying.
My eyes still work pretty good despite muscular denegation in left eye but I have related tremors which makes tying hooks and lures on a nightmare. I get it done but like doing the daily crosswords it's a pain in the butt and time consuming. Doesn't matter though, if I get to the point I can't tie on a hook or bait a hook without hurting myself, I'll ask the next fellow for help. I'm not too proud to get help if it means catching a fish!

If I'm around Teabag
I'll be happy to tie the hook to your line

may not be exact bahm
but closely resembles 'palomar'
Usually a Palomar for hefty fighters and a fisherman's for bream, crappy etc. For flounder I use a surgeons knot, don't know why but I do. Unfortunately I haven't been able to go fishing for the two years since I've been retired. I do miss it! Mike
